Certified Public Accountant and legal auditor, He began his professional career as an M&A analyst at ENI, where he worked on various projects for the acquisition of assets and companies operating in the Oil & Gas sector. From 1998 to 2008, he was at Private Equity Partners, where, as Investment Manager initially and Partner subsequently he was in charge of the investments of the funds Chase Mittel Capital Fund II and JP Morgan Italian Fund III: Among others he managed investments in Negri Bossi, Camuzzi, Teksid Aluminum, Sofinter, and Fonderia Anselmi. Subsequently, he had a brief experience at Management & Capitali, a listed special situations investment holding,. From 2009 he served as Group General Manager and CFO, and later as Managing Director, of the Comital Group (Cuki and Domopak brands) where he managed the turnaround of the business. In 2017,he founded Alexandra Holding & Consulting. He is a lecturer in business valuation seminars at the MEDEA Master of the Enrico Mattei Business School in San Donato Milanese (MI)
