Alexandra Holding & Consulting Srl, through a newly established corporate vehicle, has completed the acquisition of Sforazzini Srl, an historical company active for over 40 years in the field of building waterproofing, particularly for industrial, logistics, commercial, and healthcare properties.
The transaction, which marks the exit of the founding family, enhances Sforazzini’s expertise and long- standing tradition while preserving the current management team.
To lead this new growth phase, a Chief Executive Officer representing the parent company will be appointed, who will work alongside the existing team and drive new development projects.
