Our Activity

Targeted Investments and Operational Support for Ambitious SMEs.

We invest in Italian industrial SMEs with strong growth potential, operating in strategic sectors for the country’s economy. We provide risk capital, strategic and operational support, and leverage our network of contacts to foster the development of our portfolio companies.

Investment Sectors

We do not exclude investment in any sector a priori, with the exception of real estate. However, our professionals have developed significant management experience in the consumer goods, machine tool, industrial textile, packaging, utilities, metallurgy, renewable energy, and innovative materials sectors.

Investment Types

Acquisitions of minority or majority stakes, capital increases, leverage buyout transactions with equity investments ranging from approximately 1 to 3 million Euros.

In select circumstances and on a limited basis, Alexandra Holding may initiate a collaborative relationship with the company in an advisory capacity. However, our priority remains risk capital investment, not the provision of consulting services.
